Gemma has over 10 years’ experience in development finance, residential development and interior design. She worked in Property Finance in two top-tier merchant banks before joining a London based property company as Head of Project Management and Design. Over her 5 year period in that role she gained extensive experience in property acquisition and development management of both new build and refurbishment projects.
Bellcote’s projects vary from the refurbishment of period properties to complete new build schemes of apartments and houses in both Dublin and London.
