A Joint-Venture project with a private investment company. The 4-bedroom period residence is located in a Georgian residential square off Pearse Street and consists of 1,700 sq. ft laid out over 3 floors.

As part of Bellcote’s development management remit, we have obtained planning consent to fully refurbish and extend the property. Works are due to commence in Spring 2019 and we will be responsible for the management of the construction process. Upon completion of the building works, fit-out and furnishing of the interior will be arranged to an agreed specification and budget. Bellcote will then manage the letting process by appointing a local letting agent.
